Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Superpost at superpost.ai (“Superpost”, “we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, using the API or MCP connection, or subscribing, you agree to them.

What Superpost does

Superpost helps you create, schedule, and publish posts across social platforms you connect — including X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest, and Google Business. You can use the web app, an API key, or an MCP-compatible AI assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor) to draft and schedule posts through Superpost.

Platform support may roll out over time. Features labeled as coming soon, early access, or on a waitlist are not guarantees of availability or launch date.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, you ask us to email you about early access and product updates. You can ask to be removed anytime by contacting us.

Your account

When accounts open, you may sign in (for example with Google) and connect social accounts through each platform’s official sign-in. You’re responsible for activity on your Superpost account, any API keys you create, and for keeping your sign-in secure. Don’t share API keys publicly.

Your content and agents

You own what you write. You give us permission to store your drafts and to send your posts to connected platforms when you publish, schedule, or authorize an agent or API client to do so on your behalf.

You’re responsible for your posts and for anything an AI agent or script publishes using your credentials. Follow each platform’s rules. Don’t use Superpost for spam, harassment, illegal content, or anything that breaks those platforms’ terms.

Subscription and payment

Pricing and plan details are coming soon. When paid plans launch, charges will be processed by Stripe (or another payment provider we name at checkout). Cancel anytime from billing in the app once available; cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

If we change pricing, we’ll tell you by email before it applies to your next billing period.

Availability

Superpost depends on third-party social and AI platform APIs, which can change, rate-limit, or fail. We work to publish posts on time but can’t guarantee it. If a post fails, we’ll try to surface that in the product.

Ending your account

You can stop using Superpost at any time. We may suspend accounts or keys that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Liability

Superpost is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you haven’t paid).

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
