Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Superpost collects, why, and who it’s shared with. We keep it to what the product needs.

What we collect

• Waitlist email: if you join the waitlist, the email address you submit and when you joined.
• Account details when you sign in (for example with Google): your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Connected accounts: access tokens from social platforms you connect so we can publish on your behalf. We never see your passwords.
• Your posts: drafts, scheduled posts, and their publish status.
• API keys: hashed keys and metadata (name, created/last used) when you create keys for agents or the API. We store a hash, not the full key after creation.
• Billing status when you subscribe: customer and subscription IDs and whether access is active. We don’t receive or store your card details.
• Session cookies that keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To run Superpost: manage the waitlist and send related emails, sign you in, save drafts, publish or schedule to platforms you connect, authenticate API/MCP requests, and check subscription status when billing is live. We don’t sell your data or use your posts to train AI models.

Who we share it with

• Social platforms you connect: the posts you choose to publish.
• Email provider (Resend): waitlist confirmation and product emails, when configured.
• Stripe (when billing is live): payments as merchant of record. Stripe’s privacy policy covers payment details you give it.
• Google: sign-in, when you use it.
• Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database): store and process data for us.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails stay until you ask to be removed or we close the list. Account data stays while your account exists. Email us to delete your account or waitlist entry and we’ll remove your posts, tokens, keys, and profile where applicable. Payment providers keep records as the law requires.

Your choices

You can disconnect social accounts from those platforms’ settings, revoke API keys in the product when available, and ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it.
